Problem solved. I used the email given in message #5 and they gave me a link to download the files from there, after providing them evidence of my purchase.

Hola amigo podrias enviarme los archivos al correo brian-villota@hotmail.com o al menos el software Minibalance.exe que no he podido poner en funcionamiento el pendulo gracias.
